LWL-Konverter 100Base-FX UND 1000Base-SX

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe in meinem Netzwerk mehrere LWL-Strecken, die teils mit 100Base-FX und 1000Base-SX (multi mode) betrieben werden. Gibt es LWL zu Ethernet (1000MB/100MB) Konverter, die beide Standards sprechen können? Bisher habe ich nur Konverter gesehen, die entweder nur 100Base-FX sprechen oder nur 1000Base-SX.
Das bedeutet, dass ich immer für beide Standards ein Ersatzgerät vorhalten muss und es nicht genügt, ein Ersatzgerät vorzuhalten, das je nach Anforderung dann als 1000er oder 100er eingesetzt wird.

Ich kenne die LWL-Konvertert auch nur für 100FX oder 1000SX. Kombi-Geräte gibt es bei den üblichen Verdächtigen nicht.
